The main application

(a) galvanized

Zinc has excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance, so it is mainly used for surface coating of steel and steel structural parts (such as galvanized sheet), widely used in automobile, construction, shipbuilding, light industry and other industries. Therefore, zinc-cu-ti alloy has been widely used in hardware production.

(3) used for casting zinc alloys

Mainly for die casting, used in automobile, light industry and other industries. The processing performance of many zinc alloys is relatively good, the processing rate can reach 60%-80%. Excellent medium pressure performance, can be deep drawing, and has self-lubrication, prolong the life of the mold, can be brazed or resistance welding or arc welding (need to be in helium) for welding, the surface can be electroplating, paint treatment, good cutting performance. It has superior superplastic energy under certain conditions.

In addition, zinc has good resistance to electromagnetic field. (4) for the manufacture of zinc oxide, about 11%

Widely used in rubber, coating, enamel, medicine, printing, fiber and other industries.

(5) For the manufacture of dry batteries, in the form of zinc cake, zinc plate, about 13%.

Zinc has suitable chemical properties. Zinc can react with NH4CI and release H+ positive ions. Zinc-manganese dioxide battery is the use of this characteristic of zinc, zinc alloy as the shell of the battery, not only the battery electrolyte container, but also participate in the battery reaction constitute the anode of the battery.
