A, galvanized

Zinc has excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance, so it is mainly used in the surface coating of steel and steel structure parts (such as galvanized sheet), widely used in automobiles, buildings, ships, light industry and other industries. 2. Manufacture of copper alloys (e.g. brass)

Used in automobile manufacturing and machinery industry. Zinc has suitable mechanical properties. The strength and hardness of zinc itself is not high, but after adding aluminum, copper and other alloying elements, its strength and hardness are greatly improved, especially the appearance of zinc-Cu-Ti alloy, its comprehensive mechanical properties have approached or reached the level of aluminum alloy, brass and gray cast iron, and its creep resistance performance has also been greatly improved. Therefore, zinc-Copper-titanium alloy has been widely used in hardware production.

3. Used for casting zinc alloy

Mainly for die casting, used in automobile, light industry and other industries. Many zinc alloys have good machining performance, and the machining rate can reach 60%-80%. The medium pressure performance is superior, can carry on the deep drawing, and has the self-lubricity, prolonging the mold life, may use the brazing or the resistance welding or the electric arc welding (needs in the helium gas) carries on the welding, the surface may carry on the electroplating, the paint treatment, the cutting processing performance is good. It has superior superplastic energy under certain conditions.

In addition, zinc has good anti - electromagnetic properties. Widely used in rubber, paint, enamel, medicine, printing, fiber and other industries.
